monday: i had zero birthday plans. i figured that five of my friends were out of town anyways and that, since oma was out from holland, i would just spend my birthday at home with the family, dan and possibly shane.
tuesday: dan and i decided to go to coco pazzo (an italian restaurant) for supper. we decided to text whoever was left in town to see if they wanted to join us.
thursday: made reservations for twenty!!!
saturday: eighteen people showed up to celebrate my eighteenth birthday!! :)

i realized once again just how lucky i am to have such amazing friends!
