updating

yes, its been a few days since i last posted on here but i have been extremely busy with... stuff! i worked wednesday-saturday and spent time at dan's house and at a birthday party and other places. it was a busy but full-filling weekend. only problem- those desk drawers are still littering my bedroom floor. gotta get that done!

my thankful list for:
april 10- i was thankful for the chance to get an extra shift (and get time and a half pay!) and for the chance to go to church
april 11- i was thankful for getting to work again and for the time spent with friends at a birthday party
april 12- i was thankful for thirteen wonderful months spent with D (our anniversary!!! :) :))
and today i am thankful for a day off so hopefully i can get some stuff done.

yesterday i had big plans for today. in fact, i had quite the list going. ill share it with you, just for fun. and tomorrow i guess ill see how far i got on it. if i got anywhere..!

THE LIST

1. finish organizing my desk
2. clean out my car (needs it badly!)
3. go buy new contacts
4. go finish my videos at work
5. go to the mall to buy grad shoes
6. go rollerblading with M
7. be home @ 7 for group picture :) (yay! ill getta cross something off my list!)
8. go to rox's house to work on grad powerpoint and speech (only 2 weeks left!)

amy was out this weekend from BC. you know, its weird how things change. i was all excited to see her and then after work saturday i saw her for like, fifteen minutes. but then they all had to go back to the fort macleod direction so they left. and i wasnt expecting to see her anymore cuz she said she wasnt going to be at that birthday party. but then she shows up at the party and doesnt even say hi to me. she ignored me 100%. but said hi to D. who was sitting right under me. (lol for lack of chairs i had to sit on his lap, lana on derek's, and rox on brad's). so yea, that hurt. and now it made me realize that maybe we arent as close as we thought we were.

i guess i have to realize that nothing in life will stay the same for ever. everything will change as other things in our lives take place and change. but it sucks!
