that bright pink bench!

it all started with me being bored after supper and recruiting my two sisters and two brothers to go to value village with me. of course, once the four of them agreed, i had to rush out to my car and shove all my stuff into the trunk. officially, my trunk has ZERO room for anything out. do i need to clean it out? yes. today? preferably!!

so at value village i headed to the home hardwares section and started looking through the junky old furniture. and found a bench. kinda. is it really a bench? not sure. but whatever the case is, i like it. or well, like the image i see of it finished :) so i bought it for a mere $5.99.

lucky mel, john and mike got to sit in the back of my car with it on their laps (due to lack of room in trunk! lol) for over half hour. dont worry, they got a small ice cap as payment. "may i get five small ice caps please?" "FIVE small ICE caps??!?!!" you could totally hear the shock and panick and maybe just plain old frusteration that someone could do that to him, in his voice. good times :)

anyways, here she is. THE BENCH. yes, shes bright pink. but dont worry, im going to be covering her. with what, im not sure yet. i guess youll just have to be patient and wait and see.

yes, thats in my room! and its mine, oh mine! for $0.00!!! mostly cuz lana bought it for me as a grad present but still.. was i not just posting like, the day before or so, about pier 1's amazing decorating items. and did i not have two similar items pictured on my list of wants? i can NOT wait to use this somewhere in my room!! :) and ps. i like this one better than the ones on that post!
